Nicole R. Stearns
Nicole’s belief that family comes first motivates her to help her clients put their families first as well. She empowers her clients with the information and tools to put them in control of the decisions that will impact their families and future. Nicole graduated from Gonzaga School of Law and was admitted to practice in Washington State in 1990. She began her legal career as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney. There she gained extensive trial experience that she now uses to zealously advocate for her clients. Upon entering private practice in 1995, Nicole primarily focused on family law and criminal law. She has also served as a Judge Pro Tem.
Nicole was admitted to practice law in Arizona in 2005. She has tried numerous matters to successful outcomes, including a multi-million dollar construction defect case that resulted in a fraud verdict with an award of $1.5 million in damages and attorneys’ fees. Nicole has tried cases in both State and Federal Court. Since 2012, Nicole has practiced exclusively in the areas of family law and criminal law. Nicole joined Hallier Lawrence in June 2015 and has continued to use her trial skills and experience to provide the best representation possible for her clients.
