Oksana P. Holder

Oksana was born and raised in Latvia, European Union. With a deep passion for intellectual argument, a strong work ethic, and a natural skill of persuasion, Oksana always knew she wanted to become an attorney. She literally crossed the globe to accomplish that goal and live her dream. She first obtained a law degree in Latvia, studying local and international law of the European Union. After relocating to the United States in 2003, Oksana earned her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2008 before attending law school at the University of Arizona. While pursuing her American law degree, Oksana served as Associate Editor for the Arizona Journal of Environmental Law & Policy. She has authored several articles, including the topics of Arizona’s child support system in the context of federal law involving immigrant support, and issues regarding the administrative tax appeal system in Arizona.

Oksana immerses herself in each and every case, strategizing and preparing every aspect to obtain the best possible outcome for her clients whether that is achieved through negotiation, mediation, or trial. Adamantly protective of the best interests of children, Oksana thrives in seeing the difference her work can make in their lives.

Oksana takes great care to establish realistic expectations with her clients. She plans, analyzes and processes cases to assemble the best evidence, and provides sound analysis and advice so that her clients understand the potential range of best and worst case scenarios when making important decisions.

Outside of the office, Oksana loves to travel worldwide, ski, play tennis and collect art. She is fluent in Latvian, Russian, and English.
