Jason Brierley
Jason uses communication, compassion, and old-fashioned hard work to help his clients achieve their goals and allow them to move on to a fresh and bright future.
Jason is a fourth generation Phoenician who attended Arcadia High School. Jason graduated from the University of Arizona with a B.A. in Psychology in 2011, before graduating with his Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law in 2016 as a “Distinguished Scholar,” making the Dean’s List each year. Jason received the CALI Excellence for the Future award in Election Law, awarded to the student with the highest marks in his class. Jason worked at the law school’s Child and Family Law Clinic for two years, where he gained valuable litigation and appeals experience, laying the foundation for the skills he brings to Hallier Stearns PLC.
After being admitted to practice law in Arizona, Jason worked at a national class action law firm, working on multi-million dollar class action cases. Jason thereafter focused his practice in business law gaining valuable experience litigating business law claims, commercial real estate issues, and partnership disputes. Jason now brings his diverse law background to Hallier Stearns PLC, where his unique perspective, education, and background helps his clients achieve their goals. In his free time, Jason enjoys golfing, reading for his book club, and watching his Phoenix Suns.
