Nicole R. Stearns
Nicole believes that family should always come first. It is for that reason that she focuses on the issues that are most important to her clients and their loved ones and gives them the information necessary to help put them in control of the decisions that will impact their future. Nicole graduated from Gonzaga School of Law and was admitted to practice in Washington State in 1990. She began her legal career as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney where she gained extensive trial experience that she now uses to zealously advocate for her clients in both the family law and criminal law arena. Upon entering private practice in 1995, Nicole primarily focused on family law and criminal law and served as a court-appointed Public Defender and Judge Pro Tempore.
Nicole was admitted to practice law in Arizona in 2005 and has tried cases in both State and Federal Court. Since 2012, Nicole has practiced exclusively in the areas of family law and criminal law. Nicole joined Hallier Stearns PLC, PLC in June of 2015 and became a partner in 2018.
